Who We Are
We are Karnal Rockstars NGO, a dedicated animal rescue organization based in Karnal, Haryana, led by Pawan Sharma. For the past five years, we’ve been tirelessly working to rescue, treat, and rehabilitate injured animals, especially monkeys, birds, and wild animals.
Every day, we receive 200–300 distress calls, with 70% related to monkeys injured by electric shock. Once treated, we ensure their safe return to the wild.
Through collective effort and compassion, we have released thousands of monkeys back into their natural habitat and continue to feed 15,000–16,000 monkeys daily in the forest.
Our Vision
To create a world where every injured or helpless animal receives the care they deserve, and no voiceless creature is left to suffer alone.
We envision a compassionate society that coexists peacefully with wildlife and actively supports their rescue and rehabilitation.
Our Mission
- To rescue and rehabilitate injured animals and birds, with a special focus on electrically injured monkeys.
- To release fully recovered animals safely back into their natural environment.
- To deliver daily food to thousands of wild monkeys in the forests.
- To raise awareness and build a strong network of community support for animal welfare.
